Owl Behavior Tree

Today we had an Ice Cream party to celebrate our good behavior chart. We have a tree and each time the class has a good day we pick three random names to put up those owls on behalf of the class. Every now and then a child will have an excellent day and they will get to put up their own owl in addition to any class owls. However it has taken us awhile to get to 50 owls because there have been days where we take 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. So today's party was greatly earned!! Hopefully the next 50 owls will not take us so long and we will enjoy another reward party as a class!

Halloween week

This week we are reading halloween stories and making Halloween decorations/art for our party on Friday! Today we learned a fingerplay "5 Little Pumpkins". Hopefully by Friday each of the kids can show it to you all at home. Today for art we made Ghost using our footprints.

Pumpkin Patch

We had so much fun at the pumpkin patch. It started out a little chilly but started to warm up after lunch. Thank you to all the parents who joined us!!!!
