All about me Puzzle!

Today for art we made All about Me Puzzles. The kids told me five things they really love or like to do. They gave some fun answers. A few of them said they love their families of course, but other answers consist of : I love ice cream for supper, I like to climb on the kitchen counters, I like to be at home and I like when my mom laughs really hard at stuff I do. These were just a few of their answers. We all worked on writing and tracing our names also.

All about Me!

Today we continued with our names, rule and routines. The kids are picking up on everything really well. Our question of the day today was "Do you know all your friends names yet?". Five of the kids said yes and four said not yet. We are getting there! For art today the kids answered questions about their favorite things. Then they were able to color it in or draw out each of their favorite things. After we were done we shared them with each other.

Getting to know each other!

Today for the 2nd day of Preschool we continued to learn a little about each other. At circle time we went around the circle and reminded our friends what our names are and told them a few fun things we did this summer. We had two new kids today so we reviewed all the rules again and went over our daily routine. For art we made "My First Day" handprints. The kids glued a cute saying on the sheet, showed me how they write their names and picked colors to paint their hands.
