Facial expressions

Today we tried to come up with more opposite catagories. We started a list this week to see how many we could think of. For art today we had blank faces and the kids had to draw their own facial expressions on them. They were Happy/Sad and Boy/Girl. We are also working on the letter Q this week. Our list of Q words is definately the hardest letter we have had so far. The kids have came up with a total of 8 words the past two days. For centers this week we are playing bean bags for Dramatic play. They are set up Near and Far. For science the kids have a scale and they have Heavy and Light objects they need to balance. Another center they have Large and Small trucks they can play with.
