Learning Lizards

This week we are talking about Reptiles and Amphibians. On Tuesday the kids talked about snakes. Today we talked about Lizards. We learned that lizards are a distance relative to the dinosaur. We also talked about how many different types of lizards there are , what they eat, how they protect their eggs before they hatch and where they live. For art we made lizard tongues (using party blowout whistles) and walked around trying to catch as many flies as we could.
